- We will carefully establish your specific label requirements with you from the start, advising you of the most economic way to meet your requirements
- We will provide you with a specific customised label supply proposal within 1 to 2 days of this
- We will provide samples to confirm suitability if appropriate
- When you order labels we will agree final specification details with you
- We will work from any artwork you have and advise on best design features if required
- We will always provide you with a “Proof” of generated artwork, and any amendments you make before producing the label
- We commit to deliver by our agreed date. If your need is urgent we will do all we can to supply earlier. If something goes wrong we will keep you informed
- If our labels don’t work for you, then we will replace them promptly at no charge or give your money back
